Clickbooth President, Erin Cigich, was recently honored with the Florida Diversity Council’s Glass Ceiling Award at the 3rd Annual Florida Women’s Conference. This prestigious award recognizes excellence in leadership based on criteria including maintaining a record of accomplishment, steadily increasing career responsibility, exhibiting a positive influence on others, and displaying integrity and the highest ethical standards. We are proud to say Erin is no stranger to success and excels in every single one of these categories! As an award recipient, Erin was also invited to participate in a speaking panel at the conference. During this informative panel, titled “Tools for Maximizing your Leadership Potential,” Erin shared specific tips, guidelines and best practices she follows that contribute to her success and help her reach her goals as a leader.
For almost 6 years Erin has demonstrated her outstanding capabilities as a leader and role model for the entire Clickbooth team. Erin has directly contributed to CB’s numerous recognitions including being named the #1 Fastest Growing Company for Marketing and Advertising by Inc. 500 to this year’s recognition as the #1 CPA Network in the World by Revenue Performance Magazine. After joining the company as an Affiliate Strategist in 2007 she was quickly promoted to Director of Strategic Partnerships and managed relationships with all the major exchanges while overseeing a $10mm+ monthly media budget. Shortly thereafter she rose to Director of Affiliate Publishing and then Vice President of Marketing, where she headed up the entire marketing department. In 2011 she reached her current role as President and earned recognition as Tampa Bay Business Journal’s “BusinessWoman of the Year.” Today Erin is the pillar of strength behind Clickbooth’s team of nearly 100 employees as she continues to contribute to the success of both CB and the affiliate marketing industry as a whole.
Each year, The Florida Diversity Council recognizes only 13 female executives from across the state to receive The Glass Ceiling award during their Annual Florida Women’s Conference. With this prestigious accommodation, Erin joins an elite group of other influential women who have not only achieved personal success, but have also paved the way for future professionals.
