Clickbooth’s mantra is “Think Bigger” – you’ll see it on our t-shirts, in your daily interactions with our team and in the conversations where we challenge you, our clients, to aim even higher with your business goals. This mantra also comes to life in a big way each year at our company’s “Think Bigger Event.” The event is a company kick off of sorts, an opportunity for the whole team to take a step back from the daily grind, celebrate the team’s accomplishments and solidify our company goals for 2017.
This past week Clickbooth hosted our full US team and 5 members of our Euro team at the Ritz Carlton Beach Club on Lido Key for our 4th Annual Think Bigger Event.

The event also gives us the opportunity to celebrate our team’s many individual accomplishments, which is the highlight of the event for me,” Erin Cigich, Clickbooth CEO.
We think our entire team crushed it in 2016 but there were a few superstars we singled out for extra praise. Congratulations to Danny Carter, Karla Christenson, Andy Clark, Melissa Fitzsimmons, Julie Martin, Laura Miller, Lauren Simón and Brian Taylor who each took home awards. Note Brian’s board shorts, we’re pretty sure he cannon-balled into the pool to celebrate his win!
Ever heard of picking a theme for the year instead of a resolution? Our 2017 theme is Building. We think we have the team and tools in place to continue building an awesome company. This year, our growth goals are driven by 4 main areas:
Expansion – This is expanding our proprietary platform’s features based on client feedback, expanding the clients we work with to help achieve their performance goals and expanding the number of verticals and traffic types we specialize in to support existing client’s growth goals. Hiring – already in 2017 we’ve increased the size of the team by 25%. We’re especially excited to have added industry veterans, Blake Bidar and John Birks, to the team and we’re still hiring.
Acquisitions – as of summer 2016, Clickbooth is owned by Centre Lane Partners, a private equity firm with offices in NYC. They target companies with revenues between $20M and $500M that have leading market positions and sustainable competitive advantages in their respective niches. Centre Lane provides access to capital and operational expertise that has already supported our growth post close. We’re evaluating acquisitions of direct competitors and technology tools to expand our offerings for our affiliates and advertisers. Know of a prospective acquisition? Contact CEO, Erin Cigich.
Internal Mail – Clickbooth’s CTO, Dzenis Softic, founded VoloMP, an email delivery platform now owned by Ybrant Digital and operated as a mailer himself. An amazing spread of Mexican inspired plates welcomed us to the Ritz, along with what Jose, our bartender, described as “the most coronas he’s ever opened!” All this food and drink prepared us for some creative thinking. Teams competed to design our new 2017 Clickbooth T-Shirt. While all were amazing, there can only be one winner! Be sure to be on the lookout for the winning shirt design at #ASE17, we’ll be at meet market table 509!
We began with competition and ended with it! Teams also came together and raced to build the fastest and safest children’s bikes! These bikes were then donated to foster children in need through the Bridge a Life program. This wonderful program aims to provide for children who have been abused, abandoned, orphaned, or neglected so that they are loved in fully-equipped families, bringing about healing and generational change. We are so thankful for all our successes and the opportunity to carry our theme forward, building our community connections too!
With so much growth last year, the Clickbooth team was able to smash the 2016 goals we challenged ourselves to. For this huge accomplishment the whole gang will get to enjoy a weekend on the beach together. Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from a stretch of powder white sand on Longboat Key, Zota Beach Resort, a boutique-style luxury resort, will welcome the Clickbooth crew this summer and we cannot wait!
