Perform[cb]’s Summer 2018 Recap & Back to School Donations

It’s hard to believe the kids have headed back to school, and Labor Day is right around the corner. In the typical fast-paced Clickbooth fashion, summer has flown by for our team. But between all the innovation and hard work, we managed to squeeze in a little summertime fun.

As we transition into fall, here’s a recap of some of this past season’s events.

Summer Concert Series

Nothing says “unwind” like a live acoustic band and sitting back with friends and family.

On a Thursday afternoon this summer, we had the pleasure of hosting the talented Billy Lyon for an intimate concert in our Clickbooth cafe.

A family friendly event, the team’s children and significant other’s joined in the cafe for drinks, snacks, and an hour of great music. With the kids still on summer vacation, we loved being able to include our whole Clickbooth extended family.

Girls Inc.

Giving back to our community is a big part of the culture here at CB. With their summer programs and back to school donation initiatives, Girls Inc gets some special attention from us at this time of year. At the end of each summer our team comes together to donate much needed school supplies to the girls of Girls Inc. From pens, pencils, and erasers to backpacks and calculators, our team did an incredible job, contributing 262 items.

But we didn’t stop there, for every item a team member donated, Clickbooth matched that item. That means in total, we were able to give Girls Inc 524 back-to-school items. These girls deserve every opportunity their peers have to get the school year started on the right foot, and we’re honored to be able to help.

CineBistro

A favorite event from last year, the team was surprised again with an outing to CineBistro for lunch and a matinee movie. Our crafty HR team gathered everyone for a meeting on “Payroll”, only to reveal the surprise that it was time for everyone to pack up and head to the theater. This year the team got to spend the afternoon reclined back while watching Ant Man and the Wasp.

Family Water Park Day

What better way to beat the Florida heat than with a Saturday at the water park? For a fun family event, we invited all CB’ers to bring their families to the Selby Aquatic Center and Water Park on a Saturday morning. Spouses and children of all ages were invited compliments of Clickbooth. It was the perfect end of summer send-off for all our kids heading into another school year.
